Latest Event Updates
Bring the whole family to Bayfront Park’s Tree Lighting and join us in kicking off the holiday season! This FREE event, held annually the day after Thanksgiving, marks the start of the holiday season. The tree, created by Christmas Designers, Inc. (with over 25 years of experience throughout South Florida), is a striking, artificial, 50 foot, Rocky Mountain Pine Tree — adorned with a custom lighting package. It will stay lit every night and remain in the park through the new year.
To add to the holiday spirit, Bayfront Park’s Holiday Tree will relocate to the La Feria del Mercado de San Miguel area this year, making it the perfect destination for the whole family to eat, drink and have a merry holiday shopping experience. The official tree lighting ceremony will be held on Friday, November 27 at 7 p.m.— free and open to the public. In addition, La Feria del Mercado de San Miguel will open an adjacent Holiday Market on Friday, November 27 running through January 6, 2016.
The Holiday Market of La Feria del Mercado de San Miguel will feature a variety of booths vending holiday gifts and trinkets, such as art, fashion, jewelry, toys, plants/flowers, hot chocolate, warm cashews and nuts, local produce, coffee and artisan baked goods.
