Regular Trash, Garbage and Recycling Pick Up November 11, 2015

(Miami, FL November 9, 2015) – The City of Miami Department of Solid Waste will be conducting regularly-scheduled trash, garbage and recycling pick-up on Wednesday, November 11th, 2015, Veteran’s Day. Residents whose garbage, trash and recycling are always collected on Wednesdays should place their items out as they usually do. Residents with questions or concerns are encouraged to call 311. 

Residents are reminded to:

Place garbage, recycle carts and bulky trash out in front of their home on the public right of way and away from phones/cable/electricity lines, under trees, utility poles, fire hydrants, fences, vehicles and/or 5 feet away from any structure.

Prepare for this hurricane season by trimming any trees/palms and placing it out in front of their home on the public right of way on their regularly scheduled trash pickup day ONLY.

Residents can also dispose of their bulky items any day of the week at the Department of Solid Waste, Mini Dump Facility located at:

Monday-Saturday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Proof of City of Miami Residency is required
